Through years of hands-on experience working in pharmacy operations and supporting high-volume specialty clinics such as Focus MD, Carla developed in-depth expertise in managing prior authorizations, insurance appeals, specialty medication approvals, step therapy requirements, formulary restrictions, and payer compliance workflows.

When a patient needs a Prior Authorization, your staff simply drops the basic patient info into our secure SolvedRx Portal. From there, we take over. We abstract the necessary clinical data, justify medical necessity, and submit the request immediately.
